Justin Bieber has released a rap video.The 'Baby' singer has made the jokey video under the alias 'Shawty Mane' in which he seeks to "prove his skills in the rap game."In the video he is shown rapping in oversize glasses at a studio microphone and pulling hip hop moves on a street.In the rap he references Lady Gaga and NFL star Tom Brady as well as saying he is "tearing up like a tractor".At the end of the video he adds: "I'm Justin Bieber, you might know me as the guy who sings 'Baby,' I'm a pop singer, I'm white. But I wanted to do this to prove I've got skills in the rap game. So yeah, word up, I killed that, peace."Justin was also today announced as the online host of MTV's European Music Awards (EMAs), which take place in Madrid in November.Video of the singer discussing the event will be streamed on the awards show's website and Justin will also be taking to social media platforms, such as Facebook and twitter to discuss the happenings on the show, which will feature performances from Katy Perry and Shakira, among others.Justin said: "I'm so excited to have all my fans come watch the show with me online. It will be like one giant, global viewing party at my house!"The MTV EMAs, hosted by US actress Eva Longoria, will take place on November 7 and will be broadcast live on the channel.

Justin Bieber has sent his prayers to the people of Queensland, Australia, affected by devastating flooding.Writing on his Twitter page, Justin said: "Just heard about the floods in Australia. To all the people out there I send you my prayers."
Ten people are dead and 90 are missing after an inland tsunami hit the city of Toowoomba on Monday.
Brisbane is expected to suffer its worst floods in 37 years in the next 24 hours.
Shane Warne, Russell Crowe and Dannii Minogue have all taken to Twitter to express support for the victims and to urge others to donate money to help their recovery.
To make a donation using your credit card, call 1800 219 028 or visit qld.gov.au/floods. All donations of $2.00 or more to the appeal will be tax deductable.

Buzz got a preview of Bieber’s “My World” tour performance Friday night at the World Leadership Awards, benefiting Usher’s New Look Foundation.

moves and strong vocals. His “big brother” Usher performed a few songs as well, like “Yeah!” and “OMG.” Ciara joined him and the New Look choir for an arrangement of “Imagine.” “When we began to prepare for this event, I wanted it to be all about the youth,” Usher said. “When I started New Look, it was really my vision to create something that would last beyond me. It’s about creating a legacy.”
We got a moment with Usher during his stroll down the pre-show red carpet and asked how he had managed to assemble such a high-profile list of guests and honorees.
His answer was simple: “I’m Usher, baby!”

Justin Bieber opened up on how he would love to record a duet with Disney starlet,Selena Gomez of which the seventeen-year-old admitted she would love that! She told M Magazine:
‘I would love that! Yeah, I’ll probably ask him if he wants to. He’s really busy, especially since he’s on tour, which I totally understand. I love that kid so much. He has definitely been an inspiration to me in many ways.
Justin has become one of my best friends. So doing a duet together would be a dream come true for both of us. I think it would be so much fun, hopefully it will happen!’
